- 1 yeast cake
- 3 T. luke warm water
- 1 t. salt
- 6 c. flour
- 2⅓ c. luke warm water
- olive oil
- Soften yeast cake in 3 T. water. Doissove salt in the 2⅓ c. water. Gradually add both mixtures to flour; blend thoroughly.
- Oil dough and cover. Let rise until double in bulk.
- Oil hands; put dough into large shallow baking pans. Indent with finger tips; brush well with oil.
- Let rise for 1 hour. Arrange toppings. Bake in 400° for 20-25 minutes.
