Cheese Bomb Biscuits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sifted flour
  • 2 Tsp baking powder
  • ½ Tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp shortening, Hydrogenated fat free
  • 1 plus ¼ cup of Half&Half
  • 1 ½ cup grated Romano or parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Mix all the dry ingredients including the cheese.
  • Add the shortening.
  • Add the Half&Half.
  • Drop enough dough on a greased baking pan.
  • Bake in preheated oven at 450 for about 15 minutes.
