Pescado Verde Shrimp Ceviche

  • 1 lb small shrimp fresh or frozen, cooked
  • ¼ cup orange juice, fresh squeezed
  • cup lime juice, fresh squeezed
  • ¼ cup red onion, small diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced or grated
  • 1 jalapeno, seeded and small diced
  • 1 medium tomato, small diced
  • 1 Tbs Spicewalla Pescado Verde
  • 1 avocado, small diced
  • Fresh cilantro, for garnish
  • Crackers or tortilla chips for serving


  • In a large mixing bowl combine shrimp, orange juice, lime juice, red onion, garlic, jalapeno, tomato, and Pescado Verde. Stir to combine and let marinate in the fridge for 10-12 minutes or up to an hour.
  • Just before serving, stir in avocado and garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
