Hot Crab Dip

  • 8 oz jumbo lump crab meat
  • ¼ cups Rothschild Farm Toasted Garlic & Horseradish Dip
  • 2 Tbsp lemon juiced
  • 1 cup H‑E‑B Italian Blend Cheese
  • cup Hill Country Fare Slivered Almonds, toasted, if desired
  • Tsp Adams Reserve Ground Cayenne Pepper, optional


  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole or gratin dish with non-stick spray.
  • Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Rothschild dip, and 1 lemon juiced in a medium mixing bowl on medium speed until smooth.
  • Once smoothed, stir in crabmeat, cheese, almonds, and red pepper into the mixture.
  • Transfer mix to the prepared dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers or toasted French baguette slices.
