Honey’ed Carrots
Reserve the carrots from your Roasted Chicken and make this simple side dish.

  1. In a skillet, melt the butter. You want to slightly brown the butter. (Be patient. You don’t want to burn the butter.)
  2. Add the carrots. Let them slightly brown on each side.
  3. Add the honey powder. Stir to coat.
